Russian Artisan HandPainted “Elf with Iris” Mucha Pendant Necklace & Earrings

Isn’t she a beauty? My pictures don't quite capture the sparkle, lightness, and beauty this special gorgeous pendant necklace. It’s hard to capture sunshine in a bottle perfectly, but I’m hoping my design serves to enhance the beauty of the pendant.

DESCRIPTION:
The pendant is a Russian Artisan hand-painted design on mother of pearl taken from an original Mucha painting - “Elf with Iris”. I think the Russian artist brought her to life beautifully. Don’t you?

To bring out the glistening goldness of her hair and the overall gold effect of the pendant, Swarovski crystals in metallic sunshine and Miyuki metallic light bronze seed beads were used. Rose quartz gemstones in faceted oval and rondelle beads along with Czech glass faceted round fire-polished beads in sueded gold milky pink bring out the pink tones perfectly. Swarovski crystals in smoky quartz were also used to highlight the darker colors and serve to bring down the lightness just a bit.

To complete this special piece, components and lobster clasp are all gold-filled metal.

Earrings are simple but go perfectly with the necklace. They are made with gold-filled shepherd’s hook ear wires and components. The shepherd’s hook ear wires can be switched out for gold-filled lever back.. Please let me know in the note section at the time of purchase if a change is requested.

in jewelry design, I love working with gemstones, Swarovski crystals, Czech glass, and unique, colorful components. However, I must say that working with an artisan-made piece that someone has already poured a lot of love is an honor. I then try and use this well-loved piece to create something that is beautiful and wonderful. It is my hope that you can see both the love from the Russian artist in the handpainted pendant and the love that I strive to give my designs. 💕
